I would like to make a suggestion for this, but I need a lot of support. It would be up to the developers to create a relatively difficult upper level for each elemental dungeon. The objective would be to drop a blessed stone from the elemental boss to increase the chances of the lego you want coming out during a summon. Two types of stones, one 2x and the other 4x. Dungeon with really high difficulty. The blessed stone would not be granted as a reward, but rather as a chance to knock it down.
For every 1 invocation you would spend a stone, making you always search and accumulate these stones
This way you can bless and get a hvitar, thelendor or any other leggo you need to complete your team with more chances and in a less random way

Why would they do this when they make money from people buying dice trying to get hvitar or whatever hero people are looking
