Please choose a character nickname first. After selecting, the character ID will be displayed automatically.

PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.

Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.
