I know this would definitely fall on deaf ears and might incur flame from other people, nevertheless I just need to vent out and rant.
2:55 PM +8 UTC, I logged into the game to do the Clep reset, since it was scheduled to end in about 5 minutes. Reason being was I have been involved in an accident and wasn't able to log a few minutes prior, as I had to resolve the accident first. (see below)
3 PM +8 UTC was based on server up time of S4 and is shown on the RESET part.
However, when I logged the Clep reset was already gone, hence, I messaged Pioneer Club to seek assistance, which was 2:57 PM +8 UTC (2 mins after I logged).
I conversed, but unfortunately, the reset of the heroes wasn't granted.
A part of me understands since its an official event, however, a part of me is also disappointed. Not beause I have devoted both money, time and effort for the game, but because the feature is available, and I know the developers and DH itself is capable of addressing my concerns, but chose not to.
The request of reset, is only a few minutes after Clep ended, my accident was out of my control, and so is the response by DH team.
However, thru this experience, I was able to gauge how DH as a company, value the people who play or adopt their game.
It is disapponting, and what I might have asked is a total exception to majority of the players.
But, I have no other way but ask,I pleaded and begged.. to no use.. Now, I know how I should manage what I give and devote towards the game.
