When using buff prohibition or astaions ultimate on the phoenix, when invisibility is prevented or converted into a debuff, the healing gained when “being effected by invisibility” is permanent and the phoenix constantly heals. There is no way to prevent this healing even if you remove invisibility in the next rotation
