#Halramar's ultimate skill doesn't work properly

Screenshot 6 is his ultimate where it states he charms enemies and they will attack the lowest hp ally. As you can see in screenshot 1 they are still attacking Syndarell instead of each other. I assumed that maybe the skill was badly worded and they would attack my lowest hp ally. Screenshots 2 and 3 show that Taldie has the lowest hp on the team but they are still attacking Syndarell so if that was the intended mechanic it still doesn't work. Screenshots 4 and 5 while hard to showcase show that the ultimate reduction part of his ultimate only takes effect on units that are not charmed.

Additionally, we can clarify that when a target is charmed, they will attack the ally with the highest maximum health, not the one with the lowest current health. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, where "lowest max HP" was interpreted as "lowest HP".

Okay after further testing the 2nd part seems to be working fine. Just the tooltip needs to be fixed. Thanks for looking into it!
