Says her ulti should dispell when she heals with it, however last few days ive noticed it not pulling defense down off of people during vortex, nor when i do grave of rot. Her battle dispels and heals perfectly and applys def up correct, however the ulti seems to not dispel debuffs anymore

Hi, I encounter the same. Apparently she will only dispel debuff on heroes with below 100% hp when she heals. I don't know if meant to be like this.

Go to rot, get hit with healing blocking, then ulti using ardeth and watch her ulti not clear any debuffs

Tested both. She works fine. Dispells with her ult when the Hero has full hp and under healing prohibition.
Sometimes she uses her battleskill to heal in the 10s ult window. This heal doesnt dispells 🙂
