Outside of the exclusive, NONE of the existing Thunderbolt heros are worth investing in.
This is mainly because their main focus is [a chance] to apply “electrocute”, a debuff which does very little derivative damage. Some of these heros occasionally do Thunderbolt which triggers the damage.
I’ve watched the streams and videos showcasing the new Thunderbolt hero who looks great. This is because the base damage is great and it spams both electrocute AND Thunderbolt. This is just pure power creep.
The existing heros need a rework to include some kind of damage, like utilising the Thunderbolt mechanic, otherwise they’re redundant enablers for the exclusive and have yet to find a useful place in the game.
