i already had scharlach when the s1 rewards came up but apparently i didnt get a soul imprint to get a arti even though it came up as an reward when i summoned a duplicate

That is not correct, I had him before i claimed the rewards. When I summoned the duplicate the essence and the soul imprint came up but I never got the soul imprint. You have to be able to see the date when I first summoned him?
