I purchased today a few things from the Arena shop using medals, because i saw the season was ending in 2 days and i didn't have enough time to get them. I understand that actually the server will reset in 7 days, so i would have time to purchase the Playing Cards. Please take back what i bought from the shop and restore the ammount of medals that i had before i made the purchase. Heliolite included, i have plenty to spare 🙂

so i am to blame because you can't have proper planning and you can't show accurate data in the game?
i didn't use any items i bought from the Arena shop
YOU and only YOU are to blame for this error. Stating the server will shutdown in 2 days instead of 7 days is not my problem. It's bad communication from your side.
If you can't fix this problem, please forward this to someone more capable of dealing with them.

Please tell me where i can find this email? As i said, please redirect me to a more competent support agent. I won't have this answer you gave me.
I am not saying you are not competent, but i don't think you understand the issue very deeply and i would like a more formal answer with some data attached, like the email that was sent etc...
You can take back the items i bought, 1 heliolite, 5 starlight and 2k essence(clearly i don't need it)
and just give me back my 14k medals i spent, it's that easy 🙂

I am not saying you are not competent, but i don't think you understand the issu...
The Email for s3 ending hasnt been sent yet as the mergers have not been announced to this date. And servers have always ended AFTER the set timer ingame, thats only the season end (no real leadboards or gvg anymore).
Has been that way all seasons so far, and there was always a gap between season ending and New seadon start (between 10 days and 20 days)

@storm tusk Sorry but its actully 100000% your fault. Since u have played this for 3 season and maybe even season 0... Should know that ingame ''end of season is just a lie''. Always have been delayed every season. But thanks for making me laughing, i feel better now..´

How are you going into season 4 and not know that the eta on clepsydra is for the end of the season not the server merger?
