As the new season started, and the compensation that suppose to last for 30 days disappeared from my mailbox. Some of my other guild members missing them too. Please assist thanks.

Server merger was delayed 1 week and there was nothing to do at all anymore, many of us in the server did not collect it and was waiting for server merger (2 days after the reward was issued) as collecting at that moment did not seem logical as the essence of creation given by the dupe isitarian would have been more 'useful' in a new season. I believe there was no statement claiming that our unclaimed mail rewards will be cleared as the only thing that states its expiriation was the date, which was 30 days (during the issue of the mail).
