Hello Lydia,
For the final boss i just tried building a team around sifris with Dreamland Globe - the artifact from fey.
However it does not work according to the description in this fight. According to the description she should gain recovery whenever she takes dmg while below 30%. This does work sometimes, but eventually she's below 30% and takes dmg but does not gain the buff. thus she dies sooner or later.
in the video you can clearly see it working in the beginning, but at some point it does not work anymore. i started several runs and it's always the same, though not always at the same time
It is quite sad as the final boss will end soon and i now wasted ressources building her and the artifact and they are not working per description

I'd be curious if it's basically a 10s tic first time below 35% and then if you fall below it while active it doesn't trigger.

It looks like Recovery over time buff is only applied if there was more than 35% HP before the hit and less than 35% HP after. This does not match the artifact description.
