Guys, I have a problem here, I don't know if it's a bug. The rule here for Vortex level 4 has changed and it reads like this: "Every time an ally receives a buff, they obtain 1 stack of Healing over Time for 10s." I'm doing it here with Nathaniel and the Solar King's Horn on him, every time he heals someone it will increase the damage of whoever is in his healing area, right, but the 15% buff isn't coming in on some characters, sometimes The buff comes in and sometimes it doesn't, Garius isn't even getting it either and everyone is within his healing area...

I couldn't upload it via discord and put it on YouTube. So, as shown in the video, I'm using Nathaniel with the artifact that increases damage and it simply doesn't work correctly, everyone receives the buff at the beginning of the fight, except Garius, and then only Schaltar receives the buff until the end, even with everyone in the correct position to receive the buff.

After our confirmation, it should be noted that Solar King's Horn is required to trigger the attack boosting gain through the Healing effect that the wearer has. However, this gain cannot be triggered by the buffs provided by Temporal Vortex. According to the video you provided, the only hero that Nathaniel's Healing consistently works on is Schaltar, so only Schaltar receives the boost.

I want to come back to this issue as I'm encountering it as well. Basically the horn bonus used to be triggered by the "Recovery over time" healing that heroes like Nathaniel, Calavera, Meggan etc provide. It seems like it's not doing that anymore, which CONSIDERABLY lowers the value and utility of the Solar King's Horn.
Can we double check this with devs and have it fixed please?
It used to work with Recovery over time and it SHOULD, as it's a form of healing that is provided by the wearer that provide that healing buff.
This is the one that causes the issue. Whenever this buff in Vortex is up, it negates the recovery over team granted by allies triggering the horn. This needs to be looked into 😄
It probably has something to do with how stacks of multiple HoT are treated. I noticed this weird behavior in S4 end boss. You would expect each HoT from different source is tallied individually. But it's not, they are grouped together, inheriting stats of one of them. So for example on S4 end boss if you had 1 HoT with 10 sec and another with 5 sec duration after boss steal them they could end as stack of 2 HoT with 5 sec duration. Same thing could be happening here where 'owner' of whole stack could change from 'Horn wielder' to 'vortex' thus negating Horn ability.
