Stuck on loading screen

Went to log in today to and I can log in and load into the camp. I can click on "Adventure" and load into the map. However when I try to leave the area and fast travel anywhere I get stuck on a loading screen at 0%. This happens on all the characters on my account and even on the test server. I have tried running the game repair utility and even restarted my PC. I'm in the process of re-installing the game. I will have to play on my phone because one of my accounts is at the end of S3 and doing phase 2 of the end game boss. This going to set me back on my ranking.

(How to get the logs: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:
(e.g.: Windows(C)/User/Admin/download)

For Android version, please provide the[Game log]:
(How to get the log: the log file under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/.)

Please find the log files ending with ""log"". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with ""log"". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address [e-mail]. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.

Those are the only files in the log folder. Let me launch the game again and see if it will generate a new one.

Ok sent, new files were generated after I launched the game and loaded into each of the servers my characters are on inlcuding the test server. I sent them in a zip file. The test server logs were too large and a google drive link was generated. I also noticed that on pc where the issue is occurring I am unable to move in the world past the viewable distance of my display. Not sure if that information helps. On my Ipad there are no issues.

I've resolved the issue. I went through the logs and the debug files. The issue was there was an error in the script when loading the audio drivers which caused the remaining assets to not to load. I uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics and audio drivers and ran the game client repair utility afterwards. The audio now loads and the I can now move around the world, fast travel and play normally.
