I suggest to have a possibility to not play a season and remain in it.
So now for example I'm in season 2, but I already know that the most of the season 3 I would be not able to log in. So I'd appreciate an option to communicate/click/choose that I will not participate this season 3, but want to remain in it after reset having all the perks from s2 saved.

Good idea for when life gets busy. Though logistically you'd likely have to wait for another server merge when you're ready to play. So if you come back and are ready to move to S3, it's possible you'd have to wait a few weeks to actually move while other servers are finishing up end of S2.
