Quest asks you to go to Dragonsaerie to purchase "Dragons Deity's Blessing Pie". After purchasing the quest item the NPC will not take it. You end up having to craft it in order to get the NPC to accept it. This has been broken since launch and is still not fixed.

Based on the screenshot you provided, you received a quest item, which is why the task cannot be completed. You can cook the Dragon Deity's Blessing Pie through the camp with the following recipe: Elven Wheat*2, Beast Meat, and Lumina Tarragon.

I completed the quest by making it. I was just referring to the fact that this bug has been in the game since launch. The merchant in Dragonsaerie market only sells a quest item instead of a consumable. This is my f2p'sh account so I was aware of how to complete it. But for new players who are expecting this to work correctly the fact that we are going into S4 soon and it's still broken in S1 could be off putting and concerning.. I just wanted to bring it to your attention that it has still not been solved, 3 seasons later. So far I'm enjoying the changes made to S1 and can't wait until my 2 main S3 accounts get the changes.
