We recommend turning off the automatic update feature in the Google Play Store settings and then reinstalling the game using the APK file provided in the game announcement. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please provide the log files by following the instructions below:
- Navigate to the directory: /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
- Locate the log files with names ending in "log" (e.g., dragon_log_date_14.log).
- Compress all the log files into a single zip file.
- Send the zip file to dragonheir.service@gmail.com and include your character nickname/ID in the email.
