The current end of day ranks benefit players who wait until minutes / seconds before reset to snipe a rank spot. Meaning that those who's timezones conflict don't get any update as to loss of position or ability to respond. Every team can be countered so it is impossible to build the "perfect" defense.
I would suggest that daily rankings be based on the average position in the last 24 hours, instead of last position prior to reset.
