There is any issue with my Phoenix quest it is bugged, i can't enter the dungeon to complete it, says the quest is active.
#Note: I have restarted the game, check all the game files integrity and still nothing.

You have to acheive the quest : Phoenix Nest to unlock the dungeon i think

yeah i believe you will get it after reset
