At present, there may be occasional occurrences in the game where players do not receive animated pop ups when receiving Temporary Vortex ranking rewards. This can lead players to mistakenly believe that they have not received ranking rewards.
But please rest assured that according to our inspection, from May 10th onwards, except for May 17th, May 18th, and May 19th when no rewards were claimed, there are records of successfully claiming the Temporary Vortex ranking rewards on every remaining day (May 10th, May 11th, May 12th, May 13th, May 14th, May 15th, May 16th, May 20th, and May 21st).
