Is this working properly ? I mean i've linked my account with Discord since the S1 but i think i didn't receive anything and no more every month as describe.

According to the event rules, if you have already completed the Discord account binding before the start of the event, you will not be able to claim the reward directly. For this, we suggest you follow the steps below:
- Please find the "verify-here" channel in Discord and use the "unlink" to unbind your account.
- After unbinding, please proceed to rebind your account. You can click on "Verify" and then enter your character ID. Afterwards, you will receive an email in the game containing a verification code.
- Return to Discord, click on "verify code" and enter the verification code you received to complete the binding.
If you have not previously bound your account, you simply need to click on "Verify", enter your character ID, and follow the steps mentioned above.
If you encounter any problems during the process, or if you are still unable to claim the reward after rebinding, please provide us with a video or screenshots of your operation. We will promptly relay this to our development team for verification and resolution.

I am having endless issues verifying my account. I have followed everything step by step repeatedly, and without fail I always end up with the same exact problem. It says "something went wrong" in red when I type in the verification code. On my game itself, it says my discord is linked. On here, I have access to practically nothing because it says I nees to verify my account. I enter my game ID, I get the code in game, I hit verify, enter code EXACT and 100% of the time it says that there was a problem at the top in red. I have sent multiple tickets in game and they will not help me either. Please help!
