Alton rally fail

can anyone tell me why alton fails to use rally that is given to him by lorentheel? you can see lorentheel gives rally and ults then alton goes right after but does not consume rally given to him from lorentheel. so therefore doesnt get the ult boost either

Alton consumed rally with battle skill. Just bad luck with timing.
