Regarding the crashing issue on your device, please clean cache on your device and re-start the game app to check again. If the problem still persists, please provide me with the following information to check.

2.Device model
3.Log on your device
For Android device: How to get a log: The log files are under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
For PC: How to get a log: C:\Users(replaced with user name)\AppData\LocalLow\sgra\Dragonheir Silent Gods\
Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to us.
this isnt a crashing issue. its the chat in the game that closes each time.
I am using PC.
