Hello I am in Season 1 with the new changes and was leveling a new character I tried to get the quest from Eli at the Phoenix Nest to unlock it and it shows up on the minimap but he does not give me the quest. I am also having the same issue with Grave of Rot. If anyone can advise what to do. I did contact customer service but it just requests you provide feedback and for some reason my pictures were not saving.
