it loads to 70% stops and then goes to 100% but after that the screen is just blank like this, but the music in background is still playing

i’ve done thins multiple times and the first account was bounded, but when i got back into it it had reasserted back to picking your character. i restarted and now my new account isn’t bounded. i can’t get back into the game to bound it.

the game will start if i’m making a new account, it just won’t start when i try to continue with my already saved game
