Even that I have enough EXP I can’t level up to progress in the storyline

You probably have to wait until the next reset. Lvl up is blocked to prevent big cash player to rush the game for example. Just be patient and keep farming dungeon while waiting for the reset 🙂

Thank you for your feedback! In the latest update, we have introduced new sources of experience gains. You can now earn more Journey EXP by participating in events or completing quests. However, please note that the excess experience gained will only be applied to your new level after reaching a specific number of days set for the season. If you have already reached the designated level before the adjustment, you will temporarily remain at your current level until the specified number of days in the season has passed.

According to our records, your server was launched on 2024/04/23 08:00:00 UTC+8. As of 2024/05/14 08:00:00 UTC+8, it is the 21st day of the season,therefore, you will need to wait until the 22nd day of the season to continue leveling up. However, after the 23rd day of the season, there will be no level restrictions, and you can resume leveling up normally.

But what if i didn't get lvl up from 31 to 32 2024/05/15
Shouldn't be 1 lvl for 1 day?
