#Snapdragon crashing again

Hello, due to compatibility issues with the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 system in the store's installation package, you'll need to continue using the downloadable APK to play the game for now. Also, please refrain from updating within the store and disable automatic updates in your store settings. There's no need to worry, as when updates are made in the store, the downloadable APK will also be updated synchronously. You won't need to reinstall it; just follow the steps to download the data when prompted upon login.
I haven't updated from the store. I've used the APK and since latest update and it's crashing.
I downloaded the new data when I opened the game and now it's crashing. I've done nothing with the Play store
Traveler, please re-install the game app through the apk in the game's accouncement to check again. Also please make sure the automatic updates function is closed in your Google Store. If the problem still persists, please provide me with the log on your device. How to get a log: The log files are under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to us.

I can't connect to the game
That folder doesn't exist on my device. There is one called that in the /android/obb folder but the device will not let me access the contents
