Things have become a bit too easy with the new update. For instance, the day prior to the update, I managed to finish Venom 9 by the skin of my teeth. It was quite satisfying after the effort theorycrafting and putting together a team that could get thjob done. After the update and redoing my psychicore, the exact same team was able to finish Venom 12. This has taken a measure of joy out of the game for me. Consider balancing the difficulty of content and/or perhaps tuning down the psychicore.

I can imagine... when i was s1 back then i had so much struggle to even hit 22m on otherworld bosses with a few teams, now i read people doing almost 100m suddenly with the changes 🤦♂️ sounds like no challenge at all

The game had great balance in the first season. It was not simple, many battles in Fey Meander, Pillars of Trial were very complicated and you had to think up and test different strategies based on available heroes and restart some battles 10-20 times. It was going through the difficult content that brought me pleasure. It was interesting to discuss and share strategies in chat.
Now there is no challenge left and all content is passed on auto. The only thing left is the fight for a place in the leaderboard of the season.
It's sad to see how with the latest changes to the first season, a game with interesting gameplay mechanics turns into a nobrain clicker.

Anyhow, regardless you would expect as seasons go on they get more difficult to counteract the huge roster we now have

That was in response to the season 1 seemed more challenging to us. We were going into it blind, yes, but the actual game difficulty WAS higher back then.
