I don’t know how your guys work, but please be more professional and give us the right answer. Don’t just try to cheat people this is not a good way to do things.

Thank you for your reply. We have confirmed with our team that Firastiti has reached level 30 before the new update. However, on May 12th, the max level that players can reach on your server is 30. Players who have reached more than level 30 will be limited to the current level.

Dear Traveler,

Thank you for your message. The maximum journey level is indeed tied to the progress of the server's season. When the server reaches the 16th day of the season, the journey level cap unlocks at level 30. Additionally, the journey level is only limited before level 33 (including level 33), corresponding to the 23rd day of the season. Beyond the 23rd day of the season, there will no longer be a daily journey level cap based on the season progress. Players are free to level up at any time.

So in other words you divided a server into have and have nots depending on where they were prior to update....well done....don't ever look for a job in competitive sports please
