I am trying to reach Lvl 30 due to main quest but it wont let me lvl up. (picture is rotated for odd reasons)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In the recent update, we have made adjustments to the way Journey EXP are earned during your journey, including setting a daily maximum level cap.

In simple terms, if you reach the current level cap, for example level 29, you will continue to earn EXP but they will only be applied to your new level the next day or at a specific time. For players who had already reached level 30 before the update/adjustment, they will remain at level 30 until the level cap is lifted to allow further progression. Players who have surpassed level 30 will also be capped at their current level until the level cap is lifted for them to continue leveling up.

It's just that after yesterday's update, we increased the daily journey experience players can obtain, but we didn't raise the daily level cap. That's why this issue occurred.
