I'm not logged into phone or anything else; and even after trying to repair from inside the game just stops, and each time i try restarting, nothing changes.

solved it by restarting the PC; as this wasn't clear enough i have to re-download the patches (9.5gb) which will take a while.
either way all good, tho bit late.
