Started today had a look that everyone getting 100 dice and I never can yous tell me why?

round 2 is in a week, you'll get it then as long as you go above level 3

No, same reward, just it's being sent out to those who didn't qualify during the first part.

So everyone gets 100, some just get it later than others.
