Equipment Stats Bug?

crit rate didn't add up? should've +1% but it doesn't

Thank you for your patience. Based on the screenshot you provided, we found that the Crit Rate of the equipment is displaying normally. To further investigate this issue, could you please provide before and after comparison screenshots of the hero wearing and not wearing the equipment?

The comparison is in the pic, above on im using +12% crit rate and i want to change into +13% crit rate but it didnt adds up +1%, instead it said +0% like in the picture. Im using philio the radiant best gunman

I encountered that today as well. But after closing the inventory and opening gear equipment my stats changed to the right amount
