Currently there is ONE choice for a true healer in necrotic, and that is Torrin, a legendary.
Zhar'loth is about half a healer. More of a dps/healer hybrid.
Ghul'ende barely heals. He's more of a CC dps for arena and such.
Gladros can't restore health so all he can do is dent damage. He's also worth a lot less in many instances because he can't build defensive if he wants max attack to scale his shield.
Meggan is the next closest thing to a healer after Torrin, but her healing over time is very weak compared to other units in other affinities with similar healing kits. Examples being Frurbath, Garian, and even Nathaniel. (who is still fairly weak compared to the higher end)
Due to this lack of healing, Necrotic has to rely on its affinity partner WAY too much, kneecapping the element from the get-go. Since fire, thunder, and ice really only have one major healer as of season 3, this means that necrotic will ALWAYS be weak, no matter who they're paired with- particularly for those unlucky enough to not have staples like Synarell and Feenja.
A single epic healer would go a long way toward removing a lot of these concerns. Something between Meggan and Torrin in terms of effectiveness.
If radiance and poison are both allowed to exist in their current state, with very little reliance on other elements for key supports, necrotic should not be left in the dust!
