Do I need to offer up my first born child to get a Legendry Draw?

I have played over 253 hours, had at least 300 draws and have yet to see a Legendary Draw. Your "Guarantee of 1 legendary Draw in every 35 draws", is complete BS to me. Check my account, NO LEGENDARY DRAWS at all! I previously complained about the "Summoning Horn" for the same reason, NEVER PAYS OFF. Seems like I have a better chance of hitting the Lottery than it is to get a Legendary Draw. This is so much fun, seeing everybody but me have Legendary Draws, NOT!

I assume you used heliolite dice before that; the pity is on a per banner basis. If you pull 25 on a celestial summons without getting a legendary, and then 25 on a different celestial banner, or a blessed one, you start at 0 again.
When you see everybody but you having legendary draws, it’s highly likely you are just messing something up that others don’t.

I am nearly at that point, myself. I got 100 of the purple dice for a problem that was fixed. I rolled all 100 dice and was rewarded with 99 characters that I already had and 1 epic that I did not have. Please explain how your "one every 35" gave me 1 usable card? I have been trying to raise my rank in the arena and when I lose, my opponent has anywhere from 1 to 4 Legendary cards. How am I supposed to compete on a level playing field against that? I even run the 3x3's in the arena and came up against 6 Legendary on one person. Give me a break, I play solo and need some help doing quests and even 1 Legendary would help. Oh, and the few times that I am able to roll the orange dice, I get the same commons and rares, that I already have. I do enjoy the game but, I would like it more if you had a system that actually worked, for me! So, my new question to you is: Are actually going to make this 'right' for me, or keep trying to force me to use real money on a FREE game or am I just pissing in the wind? Ah you are talking about the Starlight dice, not the Heliolite dice. It's a 0.2% chance for pulling a legendary, and there's no pity, for Starlight dice. So when you pull around 350 Starlight dice, you have a ~50% chance of having gotten one legendary.
Your main issue is that you pull your orange dice on banners that disappear, like Blessed and Celestial. The pity only counts for Heliolite (orange) dice, and is on a per-banner basis. When a banner disappears, you lose your pity as well. When you pull on the Heliolite orange banner, that pity saves. You should only pull there, unless you save up at least 35 Heliolite dice to pull on the event banners.

I explained this above as well. When you see others with a lot of legendaries, it's way more likely that you are making a (big) mistake somewhere, not that the game is actually lying (since that would be a legalistic issue).

Please rest assured that the pity system for all of our gacha pools is functioning as intended. According to our settings, currently, there is no guaranteed pity count for legendary heroes in the Starlight Invocation. Only epic and rare heroes have such a mechanism in place . You can find specific probabilities and guarantee details by checking the "Summon Details."

However, please note that if you draw from different card pools, the guaranteed progress will not accumulate. You need to draw from the same card pool for the guaranteed progress to count.

Purple Dice = Basic summons. Does not give guaranteed legendaries. You got 100 for an in game event, not because of a problem they fixed. We all got it. You get 1 epic every 35 summons of purple (STARLIGHT) dice.

Orange dice = Labeled Heliolite. These are premium summons and are either given directly or cost 350 wyrmarrow each. THESE are the ones that have the 35 summon legendary guarantee when used on the same banner.

You're mixing up what summon does what.

I am not sure if you got my previous dm, as it says YOUR server is blocking it. Briefly, this is what I said: According to YOUR 1 for 35 formula, out of the 100 Starlight dice I received, I rolled all 100 Starlight dice in the Starlight Summons, I received 1 Epic card, I did not have and 99 commons, rare's and epics that I did have already. According to YOUR formula I should have gotten at least 2 possibly 3 Legendary cards: 1 at 35, 1 at 70 and 1 at 105. This happens EVERY time I try to summon, mostly common, a few less rare and a couple of epic. Why do you keep telling me I should be getting at least one Legendary for every 35-36 rolls? It should be obvious even to a blind person that it is NOT working for me! Since it appears that all you are doing is Parroting your standard answer, that it is MY fault your logerithim does NOT work on my account. I do not think it is asking too much to ask for what everybody else is getting. If your response does not address this issue, you will leave me no choice except to quit the game and spread the word on the Internet and to all my gamer friends, not to play this game. You blame me for a problem on Your end and appear to refuse to resolve the issue. Please let me know if I need to quit playing or not.

They’ve told you several times now that legendary hero’s are only guaranteed in helio dice, not starlight dice. You can roll a million starlight dice and not get a legendary as there is zero guarantee.

Typical, there is an obvious problem with my account and instead of just addressing the issue, you blame me for the problem YOU caused and refuse to fix the problem, even after you and the rest of Customer NO Service admit that THERE IS A PROBLEM ON MY ACCOUNT. I have gotten a lot of conflicting information here, first I am told every 35 rolls, Horn, Heliolite, and Starlight, I should get 1 legendary, then it was Heliolite and Starlight, now just Heliolite. There are 2 type of dice in the game , Orange and Purple ( lets use colors it's easier to understand ! )
Orange dice there is a legendary guaranteed every 35th roll if you did not get one earlier.
Purple dice you get an epic hero guaranteed every 35th roll if you did not get one early .
i really don't think it's hard to understand it also states that in game btw 🙂

I have explained this before the entire mess started, and they just won’t read I guess. Yes, it is your own fault @crisp whale, for firstly not reading properly and not pulling in a way that is described on the banners.
In a game with so many players, you ask for the same luck as everyone else. Think, think, do you reckon you are the only one not receiving the rewards, or are you messing something up or not understanding compared to the rest? The logical answer is the second, obviously.

I asked a simple question about Dice rolls. For an answer, I was talked down to and insulted. It would have never gotten to this point, if I had been told that Horn & Starlight only pay off with Epics and the Heliolite dice were a minimum of 35 rolls to possibly, maybe have a chance at a Legendary, in the beginning. But, that did not happen. Funny, you accuse me of being a troll, yet you all trolled me. You all made me feel unwanted and unwelcome. I am a Veteran with sever PTSD, when I am attacked, I respond, maybe not as polite as I should be or could be. Actually as it is now they added a 0.2 % chance for purple dice to have a legendary but that's a very low chance but could happen some day.
Horn can have a legendary but that's even a lower chance.
Orange dice WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU LEGENDARY AT 35th roll IF you did not manage to get one for 35 straight dice

Just to make sure you do know you can trade in 350 Wyrmarow for 1 Heliolite dice . Game doesn't give you lot of Heliolite dice as whole but you get plenty wyrmarow which you mainly will use to buy heliolite dice.

@crisp whale to add my 10ct. 35 consecutive gives pity: yes. But watch out that it's on THE SAME BANNER! So going for a temporary banner should only be done while you have >35 dice & stop straight after summoning a lego. The "standard" banner, called "heliolite banner" DOES carry over pity (it's the banner with rewards at/until 80 pulls).

I now have NO expectations to ever receive a Legendary, so I will never be disappointed. In my opinion, that I know no one wants to hear but, I feel the odds of winning could be better, especially on the Horn and Starlight Summons. Oh, SFB, now that I have learned the difference, I only use the Heliolite Summons, no event Summons for me! Thank you all for your assistance and suggestions.
