Problem with poetry pages / interaction with Bartell Spohn | Dragonheir: Silent Gods | Page 1

I am still in Season 2 and I have found only 13 poetry pages so far, I am sure I interacted with every NPC available and could not find any more pages to steal or buy from anyone else.

There is one NPC called Bartell Spohn that I think might have one or two of the pages, but the problem is I can't interact with him at all. I was able to talk/steal from him during week 1 of the season, once, and after that since then it is not possible to do anymore. Clicking on him or on the speech bubble icon does nothing.
I also know that he has a recipe that I need to get from him but now it's impossible.
Can he get fixed? And is it possible to complete the poetry pages quest? Are all the 15 actually available in S2?

We understand your disappointment regarding the Poetry quest from Season 1. As you have now entered Season 2, it is unfortunately not possible to complete that particular quest from S1.

Thank you for the answer. But if it's not possible to complete the quest in Season 2 why are we still getting it?

Also, more imoprtant than the quest, how can I interact and buy from the NPC Bartell Spohn? Why is it not working?
