I just finished the Snowstorm Dungeon II event and I claimed all the rewards but I didn't get the mythic gear chest reward ???

We apologize for any confusion caused. Please note that the equipment chest you received in the event is automatically opened upon claiming. Therefore, there won't be a physical chest in your inventory.

We kindly request you to check your pack directly to see if you have obtained two defensive mythic items as part of the event rewards.

Guys is it the same with the continental challenge rankings where you get the mythic gear chest rewards ??? What the hell you can't do a single job proper I don't know if I got any mythic gear from that chest or what did I get I don't have to remember all of my gear to check if I get something new from these chests, what item did I get or if I am not actually getting anything !!!!!!!

As verified by our team, the reward chests in the Continental Challenge Rankings will also be opened automatically when you get them. When the chest is opened automatically, the game interface will display the equipment you have acquired. You can keep an eye on this screen the next time you open a chest.

Ok thank you! The meaning of a chest is to open it .like the selection one. and the problem is that I didn't know it auto-open to check what I got on screen so if you miss it not even in your inventory doesn't come as "NEW" item so you have to figure it out what you got which is stupid.

@white lava @hexed elk Submitted a new bug report #1235760425975550012 message For two weeks 5/2 (present) and 4/25 (last) no mythical equipment/chests (total of 3) found in backpack, auto-chest opening display nor in-game mail.
