Damage decreased on Vortex IV with Psychicore Upgrade

12-APR-24: Vortex IV damage was 16M (After vortex bonus damage changed).
13-APR-24: Upgraded Psychicore Blazing 4/5 (+2% Fire/Radiance Damage) and my damage in Vortex IV dropped to 15.6M.
17-APR-24: Upgraded Psychicore Blazing 5/5 (+2% Fire/Radiance Damage) and my damage in Vortex IV dropped to 15M.

Run the Vortex atleast 5-times to see consistency, my team always dies at the same stack. DEF Down is 90% consistent with timings.
