I think I figured out what the problem is. I finished that poison field against that pink boss right before the final chapter. I cannot seem to get out of that map. I tried clearing the cash and uninstalling reinstalling but I'm seem to be stuck. There doesn't seem to be any way to get out

is there a button that says "leave" in the bottom right?

I clicked on the exploration. It took me back but it's so dark. I didn't realize there was a cliff when I finally noticed the glowing reindeer I followed it boy that's a relief
