Dear @opaque bronze, thank you for reaching out.
We recommend you press on the cubic stone and then press on the empty stone field.
Or try to teleport to the nearest portal from the map.
I- don’t think it works…
And for the portal it works, but no new player would know since it was never introduced. I hope you guys fix this in the future 😄
I reported your feedback to our related team and they will do their best to improve our game.💗
Click on the rock itself
Did you not see the damn video
you are not suppose to go there clearly ? can't you read what the game tells you to do
can't you just teleport somehwere i don't get it
“Hey random newbie that joined 1 and a half hour ago, use this mechanic you never got introduced to and never knew you could use!”
ok this is too far gone for me ,opening world map is kinda standart in every game ever but ok . have a nice day
Even if you could see which part of it tells you to press it…
Yes I watched the videos, at no point did I see you click on the actual rock, only on the thing above it and the other symbol that pops up
You learn moving those stones on a later spot. I see with trying to move that you're indeed stuck, so I'd say it's a valid bug.
Teleport out by clicking the minimap on the top-left. Then find a "teleportation circle" or w/e it's called. Click it and on the right "teleport" or whatever it states. Then just run back to where you need to be and continue the questline.
Thanks for your patience. @opaque bronze
Regarding the stuck issue you asked about, this may be because you have not completed the guided mission: The Intervener's Hand. Please open the mini-map, select the portal and teleport out of there first.
Then go to the fork in the road between Athalean and Starfall Plain Wilderness to find Squalid Wizard Ronna to receive the guidance mission to unlock The Intervener's Hand. Then click on the location pointed by the arrow in the picture below to move the stone and pass this place.
Hope my answer will be helpful to you. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me.
