[Game Log]: (Send the logs of from the device that the issue happened on)

PC:
(How to obtain the log: Go to the installation directory of the game in the system files, and there will be a 'logs' folder)
[Game Installation Path]:
(For example: Windows(C)/User/Admin/download)

Android:
(How to obtain the log: log file located at /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/)

Please find the log files ending with ""log"". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with ""log"". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.
Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address dragonheir.service@gmail.com. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.
