#PVP freeze after you win

Also happend to me just now. I reported it a few weeks ago, but I always forgot to record it until now
Basically they just dance around until I close the game. This happend to me on android, pc and iPad on different networks and I could not find any problem with the networks, they sould have been stabel.
And the record show it like nothing happend
And for some reason the battle speed goes back to 1x. I always play on 2x speed
yeah i wasnt able to record mine but i hope they would fix it or return the ticket or give the seal in any kind of way , i was saving for the lucky playing card
Having the same issue for the last couple of weeks which is getting very irritating.

Please find the log files ending with ""log"". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with ""log"". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.
Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address dragonheir.service@gmail.com. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.
Happened to me as well. Lost the battle and a ticket. So stupid.

1.) i think what would help is to add a playback feature on attack history also,not just on defense history so that we could track the actual fight that we won and suddenly freeze , and then return the ticket or give the arena seal.
2.) when the game freeze we really have to restart the game as a basic troubleshooting. its a quick fix but the issue would be the ticket that was wasted for the fight that we won and the seal that we didnt get .

just an update it did happened twice after i close the game and reopen it and i see some changes that it show i won the 2 fights even it freeze
