#Hero balancing

Basically for fun I wrote down buffs I would give some heroes I used over time and found a bit lacking.
This is intentionally barely changing the core of what these heroes are and the buffs are mostly very conservative on purpose.
Take it as a thought experiment and another cry for hoping balance changes will be arriving. No nerfs are included.

Tathlyn:
Passive skill add level upgrade giving Rally to Rally ally for 10s every 6th Basic att -> giving Rally to Rally ally for 10s every 5th Basic att.

  • Is just not there as a budget Rally enabler, also due to long battle skill animation. This will help but still cost an extra scroll.

Yagnatz:
Increase base Def; Lv 100 from 1064 -> 1096.

  • Lacking a bit in stats, fairly squishy so this will be a very small help.

Hector:
Passive skill from Att speed up I for 10s as combat starts -> Defense up I for 10s as combat starts.

  • Defence common hero, passive makes no sense but will see no playtime regardless.

Kailes:
Battle skill from giving 20% Attack up to hero with highest Att and buff self for 5s -> giving 15% Damage bonus to hero with highest Att and buff self for 5s.

  • Pretty weak battle skill, also attack ups are so commonplace already. Gives her something unique, which will actually be great on something like Philto or Thelendor for example.

Awstin:
4- and 5-star bonus from +16 Enlight -> +18 Accuracy.

  • The upgrade bonus of enlightenment makes absolutely no sense, as he does not use it naturally. Giving him accuracy will help his stat density and synergize with his debuffing.

Uloar:
Passive skill from healing +220% Att per skill cast -> healing +250% Att per skill cast.

  • A very meh healer, who will still be weak with this change, but a bit less so. Also feels like a noob trap, this makes her like 10% less so.

Vidimir:
Increase base Def; Lv 100 from 1047 -> 1078.
Also very squishy and not big on the stats. Of course, can have huge damage output as seen on Mekkatorque and has ultimate up generation, but this will make him a bit less squishy for an epic.

Deverick:
Ultimate skill level third upgrade from +10% Chance of inflicting debuff -> +15% Chance of inflicting debuff.

  • Still no 100% chance, but a bit more makes him a bit more consistent and the scroll a bit more worth it.

Gitouna:
Battle skill bonus attack on basic attacks from +68% Att -> +75% Att.

  • Only ever sees use in PvP, but other assassins are just so much better. 10% more bonus damage on her battle skill might make her somewhat more interesting.

Yamyra:
Increase base HP; Lv 100 from 32959 -> 33938.

  • The other rare Fire tank, Lydia, is plainly better. This change makes her more stat dense to compete.

Dora:
Ultimate skill effect range from Square area -> Diamond area.

  • Interesting accuracy up II for allies on her ultimate, unique and can help mitigate few accuracy gear or spec into weapons. Unfortunately, the square effect range can be limiting.

Garian:
Ultimate skill from +1% Target max HP and +350% Enlight per 1s -> +1% Target max HP and +375% Enlight per 1s.

  • One of the fairly abundant poison healers, but no utility like Vivuc, a passive which can be lacking while not giving big heals by himself like Heksandra. A bit more enlightenment scaling makes him more interesting for teams with less max HP on heroes.

Gumm:
Passive skill level 3 from +10% Chance to dispell debuff -> 15% Chance to dispell debuff.

  • His passive is not consistent at all, but from 50% to 55% gives a small buff to that often overlooked aspect.

Alvis:
Battle skill from +200% Att -> 250% Att.

  • A rally enabler, but weak, and despite his ultimate buffing him and a single ally a lot, his own damage is hugely lacking and it doesn't compensate enough. This pretty large buff to his battle skill gives a bit more output.

Shai'nachtan:
Ultimate skill from +420% Att and +4600% Enlight -> +420% Attack and 4800% Enlight.

  • Thunderbolt relies on Perkunte completely, but giving Shai'nachtan a little bit more damage of his own will not hurt. Scales with enlightenment a lot already so will be useful.

Dallbam:
Ultimate skill from 50% chance to inflict Blind for 5s -> 75% chance to inflict blind for 5s.

  • One of the few heroes with AoE blind infliction, but since his skill gives a 50% chance and one upgrade +25% chance, he can never be consistent. Giving him this buff will make him actually consistent with enough accuracy and thus give him a niche I think he was intended for from the start.

Lethander:
Ultimate skill from +720% Att -> 760% Att.

  • Support hero, not often used, a little bit more damage output might make him more used in teams that barely finish certain pillar, fey or dungeon stages. Perhaps on an endgame boss at some point as well.
