I come to propose a series of things that, in my experience as a Guild Leader in many other games, would improve the experience of manage a guild.

1. More communication channels with members.

I recently created a suggestion based on this. Which I am going to summarize a little so as not to lengthen it too much.

Basically it is about adding some internal way to send communications to members. The easiest way I can think of is to add an email system for leaders and officers.

2. A guild log.

I think it is vitally important. Notify when someone joins or leaves the alliance, when someone accepts or cancels a commission, etc. Nothing too crazy that would help again to Leaders and Officers.

3. An individual breakdown of scores in Golden Wing.

When managing a guild, we have to be very aware of the strengths and weaknesses of each and every one of our members.

Have a breakdown of individual points would help us a lot both when it comes to identifying our weak points and trying to help that person improve in that aspect. (i.e. know where that member has gotten those points. How much in farming, how much in Vortex, and how much in PvP).

Also add that I do not understand that there is no type of reward for guild activity ranking. I think that diminishes the importance and competitiveness when it comes to pushing within that ranking.

I really hope that you take these suggestions into account and give the game attractive collective content. Competitiveness is what gives life to games and without it, or without tools to carry it out, the experience loses charm.
