Screen bug on latest apple update

iPad OS 17.4.1
Everything worked fine before this update but now it has some severe colour strobe effect on the right side of the screen. Makes it very hard to play. Only effects this game and nothing else.

Its annoying but I'm kinda just intrigued by what could be causing it. Hopefully it's an easy fix
