I get this from time to time. When winning the battle it freezes and have to force restart. Hard to complete Arena events

If the problem persists, please provide logs and the battle time for us to further investigate. Here is how to provide logs (Agents need to make deletions based on different ticket devices):
【PC Portal】:Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, and there will be a logs folder inside.
【Game installation path】: For example: Windows(C)/User/Admin/download
【Android】:The log files are under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
Please find the log file ending with log. If you have not enabled showing file extensions, you may not be able to see files ending with log. Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log, dragon_log_date_19. Please package all log files and send them to us.

This has happened to me too multiple times in the past couple of days. It's only when I win that the game freezes. Plus, I can still use the internet for other purposes so I don't beleive it is a connection issue.

i think what would help is to add a playback feature on attack history also not just on defense history so that they could track the actual fight that we won and suddenly freeze , and then
return the ticket or give the arena seal
Stop blaming our internet for the game being broken.
