Having an option for timings based off of where on the bosses gauge we are would be amazing for teams that utilize energy reduction/slowing. Segments on the gauge can still correspond to a 1s base, so for example on an 18s boss ult setting Vinyara to 17 would always trigger her 1 tick before the boss ults rather than 17s, 12s, 7s, etc. Additionally if someone places recharging speed penalty, setting to the base 17 still triggers 1 tick before the bosses ult( which would be 1.3s before the ult assuming recharge speed penalty is up for the whole refill ).
