Hello, I have a problem: impossible to connect to game server.
The error is on the screenshot.

Let me explain the situation a bit better.

I played before such problem has occured, and ofc I can play now using my mobile internet while trying to fix this problem. But my mobile internet is not unlimited and very expensive. I contacted my provider and they advised me to contact you for receiving the port numbers this game using to connect to servers. Thank you for understanding

I have made reinstalling the game fully today, but it didn't fix the problem.
I had the same problem a week ago, it lasted 2 days and then was fixed somehow i don't know how because I didn't change anything.

Impossible to change provider in my place, also I can't change proxy. Right now I'm playing using my mobile internet. My mobile internet is very expensive and not unlimited, but I don't want to miss a single day in my game progress, I think U understand me.
Is it possible for technical support to tell me the numbers of ports used by the game to connect to servers?

Just talked with my internet provider. They can help me by manually unblocking ip port, but I need you to give me ip port number the game use to connect. Is it a problem ?

The lag/freezing/server kicking are worst today. It never happen this bad maybe a little here and there. (Which I deem acceptable).

Now, couldn't even play for 10 seconds without disconnecting and reconnecting error.
