unable to purchase Dragon Crystals from Steam

I’m unable to purchase Dragon Crystal from Steam using my Steam wallet funds. I’ve tried over multiple days.

I was able to purchase other items through my wallet in Steam. It is only the Dragon Crystal causing the issue.
