Legendary heroes on sale

I think it could be a really good idea if we had the opportunity each season to grab 1 legendary hero from a chest similar to the epic hero season 1 to 99 cent. The price should be something that most could afford and would help us build our teams so we can overcome content and better compete. Perhaps 29.99 dollars? If by chance you incorporate this idea it would be nice for players in season 2 and 3 they get the opportunity to buy the chest from the prior seasons enabling them to buy 2 or 3 of these chests to make it fair for longterm customers and players. On the same note the chest with epic heroes i hope we get each season as it was promised in season 1 .

I know people that have chased a hero on a target banner and spent 800+

never going to happen unless it's an insane anniversary type of event and even then i'd expect it to cost upwards of 300

I think this will be the future, their proposed law was to essentially offer any hero at the rate it would cost to pull them according to RNG

EG: 10 heroes available, 1 guaranteed at random after 10 dice, so on average it would take 100 dice to pull a specific hero.
Dice cost £5, therefore a hero should be allowed to be purchased for £500

These heroes arent 500, nothing can justify these absurb prices. If you bussiness is a literal scam and needs to survive on these kinds of offers then it shouldnt exist. PoE is free and has more content than any of these absurd malicous gambling games

That's the proposed law though, and example numbers. no matter the price it will always be available as "amount of heroes available in total (Y), pity count (35) and cost per roll (5)"

so the cost of a hero will be Yx35x5

it's to stop the addiction of gambling in these games, not to reduce the spending in general
