At the start of season 3 I didn't received the Moonlawn Pegaus (endded season 2 in 28%), and I have unlocked S1 mount too, but it's unlocked. In season 2 it was unlocked.

well you are wrong . for season 1 the mount was for top 150 , for season 2 the mount was for top 300 .
so maybe you were running around with your horse in dreams , just stating facts here
